MAT PILATES
A private, one-on-one 60 minute session in an exercise studio studio. You will have my full attention, focusing on your specialized needs through Pilates movements and stretches that are tailored to you.
The mat-based session will focus on spine mobility, breath, deep abs, form and alignment throughout the entire body. We will be using a Workout Mat and Pilates props, including but not limited to, a Pilates Ball, Resistance Bands, Light Hand Weights, and Pilates Circle.
This workout is fun & energizing, working on all of your muscle groups.

REFORMER & TOWER PILATES
A private, one-on-one 60 minute session, tailored to your personal needs, in an exercise studio with full-sized professional equipment.
Be ready to engage in a full-body workout by way of descriptive cues and dedicated assistance; in turn, you will develop a deeper understanding of your body, helping you reach your fitness goals sooner. We will incorporate the Reformer & Tower, integrating the use of Pilates props, including but not limited to, a Pilates Ball, Resistance Bands, Light Hand Weights, and Pilates Circle.
